Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a fantastic experience hiring the campervan from Daniel! From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Please note that any damage must be reported honestly, and the van should be returned clean and in the same condition it was received. If damage is hidden or the van is returned excessively dirty, we will follow the proper Camplify process to resolve it. Clear communication and mutual respect make for a great experience on both sides.
