Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Communication with Aaron was easy and he was always very prompt replies. I would definitely hire this van out again if I'm back in the Launceston area.

Paige 5.0My friend and I had an incredible 6 day adventure around Tasmania in the Caddy Shack! Aaron was welcoming, kind and informative on handover, with loads of information about the van and tips for our travels. It is a simple setup but all you could need. This is the perfect value for money van hire for budget travellers like us. The bed was comfortable, the fridge is a great size. The van is well-serviced, easy to drive and it's smaller size makes it easy to park anywhere. We got attached to the Caddy Shack and our little van life by the end of the trip and hope to get on the road again soon.
