Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Adrian 5.0Everything was great! Andrews handover was detailed and thorough covering everything we needed to know for the van set up. The van had everything we needed for our trip and was clean and in great condition.
Shannon 4.8We had an excellent trip in Wombats Dream. Andrew is fantastic to communicate with. I have no complaints, only a few things I would remember on our next trip.. the mattresses are not the comfiest, we used our own mattress toppers and that worked great. The van came with most basic items, however we brought our own kettle, oven mitts and coffee maker (a must!). Also the van was a bit dusty inside, but not anything to complain about. Thanks for the hire Andrew, we would recommend and hire again.
