Awesome self-contained family memory maker! Can sleep up to 6, with queen size bed at the front, double bed at the rear, and 2 single bunks which can also be converted to a lounge. Banquette dining table comfortably seats 4, and the kitchen includes a microwave, gas cooktop & grille, sink & fridge. Outside there is a separate pull out BBQ/cooker & fold down table, and a retractable awning that can also become a fully enclosed annex The Van has been setup for off-grid camping with battery power, Solar capability (BYO Panel, or hire ours!), Gas hot water & cooking, and 180l water storage, or you can connect to the onsite power & water supply. Equipped with both a diesel heater & AC to keep thing comfortable, and the ensuite with hot shower, toilet & hand basin means no more trips to the amenities block! $1 FOR COLLECTION & RETURN DAYS - To avoid you feeling rushed to head off on your holiday, or to return the van, we won't charge you for the time you will need to learn about the van, pack, unpack, clean & return! (Camplify fees may apply to additional days, does not apply to delivery hires, van is not to be used as accommodation on collection & return days )

Additional information

Elec Brakes control unit included - you just need a mobile phone with app installed to control. Cutlery, crockery & basic cooking equipment are provided. Please note that although the Van is classed as a 17'/ 5.6m, the actual length of the van, with rear bed folded out & measured to the tow hitch, is 7.9m.

Hiring rules

Toilet canister must be emptied & rinsed prior to return
Toilet & shower must be cleaned prior to return
Utensils & cooking facilities must be cleaned prior to return
Additional cleaning fee's will be charged if Van & accessories are not returned in the same state of cleanliness as when hired out.
No smoking inside, or within 10m of an open door or window.
Awning must be packed away before bad weather/ strong winds broken awnings are expensive!
We expect the van be returned in the same condition as it was hired out cleaning charges will apply if not.
Tow Vehicle must have a minimum 2500kg towing capacity
EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 km's a day for the duration of the hire period. After 200km's, you will be charged 30.c per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond.
CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $100.00 per day
Service fee: $60.00
Delivery fee: $3.00 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Our stay in the expanda was very comfortable. Jason gave us an excellent briefing when we picked up which helped us setup and pack up easily. Bear is equipped with everything we needed and more. Everything just worked, it was clean and comfortable.

Jason and Mellissa were great, answered all our silly questions and gave us a great run down on the van. 2A and 3C fit perfectly and the van had everything we needed. Great van would definitely recommend hiring.
