Jayco Expanda 24ft is a great size for your family to eat, sleep and relax both inside and out. Small dog friendly ( so long as it is a non-hair shedding breed. If there is extra cleanup due to pets this will be a cost at hires expense - Must be agreed to upon booking) ******************** 🛏️ SLEEPING 😴 * 2 x Double Expanda beds with comfy innerspring mattress with toppers and protectors. Hiring rules

• VAN IS FOR DELIVERY ONLY (I setup/ down for you). See set pricing in intro section.
• ❌ No smoking inside van or fires in direct vicinity of van
• ❌ No Storing large items (surfboards, bikes etc) inside van
• ❌No off road / dirt roads/ sand etc. (not insured for this)
• ✅ Awning must be packed away before bad weather / Strong winds broken awnings are expensive.
• ✅ Van must be returned clean and tidy inside including oven. (same cond as hired)
• ✅ Toilet must be emptied and ensuite wiped down (chamois supplied) ($250.00 cleaning fee will apply otherwise)
• 🐶 Small pets will be considered, please advise upon booking
• 🗣️ I will provide instructions on how to use all facilities in person (20 mins) as well as an info sheet.
• ☎️I will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may require
• 🙏🏻 Accidents and damage can occur, please be open and honest and notify me

• 🏄🏻‍♀️3 x Stand up Paddle boards for hire $20.00 each (Hire at own risk)

• I will supply a suggestion packing list which includes what items are in the caravan for your use.
• I am flexible/ negotiable on pickup/ drop off times but they must be agreed to.
• Service fee: covers use of gas bottles, any minor breakages and general camp supplies such as:
• Salt/ Pepper/ Cooking spray oil, Tomato and BBQ Sauce, torches, batteries, insect repellent, lighters, cling wrap, foil, baking paper, toilet paper, paper towel etc

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Kerrys van was the perfect setup for our family (2 adults, 2 kids + 1 dog). The van had everything we needed and having Kerry set it up for us meant could start the holiday as soon as we arrived. We were all very comfy and the kids loved the games collection. Would love to stay again in future.
