Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    David and Jenny made the process of hiring and using the van so easy. Theyve thought of everything. Next year well only bring clothes and food. The van and annex are very comfortable and the beds give good sleep. Thanks again for a relaxing annual holiday David and Jenny.

    As usual, a relaxing two weeks was spent beachside despite a couple of days of inclement weather. We will be back again next year.

    The van is an older style, but comfortable and very well equipped. You really only need to bring food and clothing. The fridge is 100 litres, which was a little small for us, so we used and esky for storing food items that didnt fit in the fridge. The annex was a real bonus. It had flooring in it and easily fitted a bed, chairs and table. We also stored our suitcases and food boxes in it. David was helpful and very prompt to reply to messages. It was a treat to have the van set up so nicely for us and then packed up after we left.
