We have sourced the best quality camping products to make your holiday top notch. **STANDARD INCLUSIONS** **Bedding** To ensure your comfort and hygiene - we supply as standard eco bamboo mattress toppers and bamboo mattress protectors. Note - You will need to supply your own pillows - sheets - blankets & towels or we can supply them for you.(Linen Package available below). **Kitchen & Dinning** We have your cooking and dinning needs covered, your van comes with the funkiest eco bamboo dinning set, cutlery, insulated wine/coffee cups, pots and pan set, cooking utensils, tea towels, drying tray, scourers, food bin, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, eco cleaning products, hand wash dispenser, foil & glad wrap, basic pantry items - olive oil, salt & pepper, Coffe/Tea and sugar. **BBQ** Nothing beats cooking outside on the Barby. We supply 2 x foil baking trays, BBQ utensils and cleaning paper towels. **CAMP CHAIRS AND TABLE** We supply 4 camp chairs, table and annex matting. (We also supply a side wall privacy screen) ***PAID PACKAGES*** ***Linen Package*** We have a confession......we love nice sheets. We have sourced OEKO standard 100 sheets (no toxic nasties used in manufacturing your sheets) - these are bamboo - which are super light and silky to sleep in, Microfibre soft blankets, plus super plush pillows, protected with bamboo pillow covers to ensure 100% hygiene. This includes 1 x Queen set - 1 x Double set and (1-2 x Single set if using the lounge and dining) Plus lightweight easy dry bath towels. You just need to bring your own beach towels. ***80.00 inclusive*** **BBQ** Nothing beats cooking outside on the Barby. We supply 2 x foil baking trays, BBQ utensils and cleaning paper towels. ***$50.00 inclusive*** ***Van Delivery*** The delivery service fee is charged at $1.20 per Km for one round trip with a minimum fee of $180.00, For example Coffs Harbour to South West Rocks return is 200km - 200km x $1.20 = $240.00 total for delivery, setup, pack away and return of the van.
Hiring rules
- Nice & Clean Dream Maker Van is to be left nice and clean with all dishes washed up, floor cleaned and rubbish put out just as if you were staying at your friends house while they were away. If you are a little strapped for time and can't get this done, we just charge you $100.00 to cleanup for you this will come out of your bond to make it simple.
- Clean the Loo If you use the toilet ensure the cartridge is emptied at the appropriate disposal place at your park. (We will show you how to do this very straightforward). Again if you haven`t already selected this option & run out of time or forget we just charge you $150.00 to empty this for you this will come out of your bond to make it simple.
- Nonsmoking van Dream Maker is a smoke free zone, we are very sensitive to tobacco smell .....our super sensitive noses can pickup the smell a mile away. Any detection of pesky tobacco smells in the van, will incur a $250.00 deep clean fee and we know you don't want that, so if you need to lightup, smoke well away from the van.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
