• chem toilet must be cleaned and cassette emptied and cleaned
• If cassette needs to be emptied a $250.00 fee will be applyed. if the toilet needs to be cleaned and cassette emptied the Clean the van for me fee including toilet will apply of $450.00.
• Gas bottles must be returned full if not a charge of $100.00 will apply.

  This was our first time hiring a van from a business as opposed to hiring a someones personal van. It was slightly different to our previous hiring experiences. The van was clean and tidy, its been well used but presents well. We found the integrated outdoor table did not unlock with the keys, we had the fresh water hose burst on us night one which can happen its just wear and tear from repeated use, and a ground mat would of been a nice addition to keep the inside of the van tidy during our stay, in saying that camp chairs and a camp table were provided which was useful. Also the owner asks that the gas bottles be returned full, we swapped out a nearly full gas bottle for another full one which was frustrating as I would of thought for the cost of hiring the vehicle the gas could of been included considering we probably used 1/10 of a bottle. However on the positive side the van was relatively clean and tidy, with everything functioning bar the electrical control panel which required the use of an app. We had an enjoyable few days away with the van and wouldnt have any major complaints, but based on other vans we have hired for similar cost I would probably not hire this van again and instead opt to hire a van from someone hiring their own personal van out as we have found they tend to be better cared for and maintain the vans to perfection.
