Hiring rules

  • Before making a booking request, please ensure you have read and accepted the following terms. Thank you!
  • A minimum of 4 days is required to hire this RV.
  • Earliest pickup: 10:30 AM.
  • Dropoff: Before 2:30 PM.
  • MondayFriday Only.
  • Strictly no smoking, incense, candles, or sparklers inside or under the awning.
  • Drivers must be 25 years of age or older with a full, valid driver’s licence.
  • This RV runs on diesel only. The fuel tank must be full on return.
  • If incorrect fuel is used, the hirer is responsible for all damages, including engine failure, fuel tank or line repairs, which are not covered by insurance. Do not start the engine if incorrect fuel is added.
  • Waste and toilet tanks must be emptied and cleaned before return. A $180.00 fee will apply for uncleaned tanks or overflows.
  • No fishing bait in the fridge/freezer. A $120.00 cleaning fee applies if this condition is breached.
  • Return the RV in a tidy condition, including:
  • Sweeping floors, removing rubbish, cleaning and putting away dishes, wiping benches, and cleaning cupboards as needed.
  • Cleaning the stove and microwave if used.
  • A cleaning fee of $180.00 will apply if these conditions are not met (especially for longer trips). Cleaning products are provided.
  • Driving or parking fines and tolls must be paid by the hirer.
  • The motorhome may only be driven on sealed roads, except for maintained access roads (less than 10 km) leading to campgrounds.
  • Do not drive through floodwaters or on roads closed or flagged as at risk of flooding by public authorities.
  • Pack away the awning during bad weather.
  • Only soft luggage is permitted inside the RV. No bikes, uncovered surfboards, fridges, eskies, or heavy/large items are allowed. Contact the owner if unsure.
  • Tyre and window/windscreen damage are the hirer's responsibility.
  • Report any damage or breakages immediately and honestly.
  • By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these terms. Safe travels!

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Good Biggest problem was navigating the Camplify security. Needs to be more user friendly for old people I couldnt find a phone number to get help
