  • Please NO SMOKING in caravan.
  • No off road or beach driving.
  • Cleaning Please ensure van is returned in same condition as when it was when picked up. Excess cleaning will incur a charge.
  • All items used during your hire must be cleaned prior to return.
  • Fridge and freezer must be emptied prior to return.
  • Lower or retract awning during severe weather and strong winds. Awnings can be damaged easily if left up without annexe attached. Please ensure you bring your own pillows and towels as these are not included with the linen provided in the caravan.
  • Please look after our family caravan and return it clean and damage free also have fun and enjoy your time away!
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great week in the van. It was clean, organised and very spacious. James and Molly delivered it and had it set up in under an hour, ready for us to move in. We would definitely hire through them again.

    James was upfront about damage to the van resulting from a previous hire that he was unable to get spare parts for in time, and gave us the option to cancel. We discussed and agreed on a way around it without cancelling. We were very happy with the way it was handled. Communications were friendly and easy. Arrangements for delivery were made with no fuss, and he took care of the setup and handover quickly and efficiently. The van felt roomier than others we have hired, and with the annex became effectively two rooms that suited us very well with our dogs. Overall very happy with the hire.
