Hiring rules

  • No smoking or vaping in the van
  • toilet must be cleaned prior to return , cleaning fee of $150.00 will apply.
  • only use toilet tablets provided.
  • no sanitary items to be placed in toilet.
  • When using the oven, the stove lid must remain open and only lowered when completely cooked down.
  • Outside of van must be clean from mud build up before returning.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
