Hiring rules
- No smoking allowed inside
- Cooking is better with a view of your holiday destination… It is encouraged that you cook outside using the BBQ and electric fry pan provided. No cooking inside of van unless extreme weather.
- Toilet cassette must be emptied prior to return. Fee applied if this is not completed.
- No offroad, beach, extended gravel road travel. Travel plans that may involve unsealed roads need to be discussed and pre approved in writing prior to the trip
- Return van in a clean condition.
- Must strap down awning in all camping conditions and weather. If severe weather is taking place overnight, pack away awning.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Paul 5.0Sarah was a fantastic communicator before and during our trip. Had a thorough pre-trip handover and given the distance for our trip Sarah even organised a mechanical safety check. Perfect van for our Tamworth trip - towed a dream, everything worked as it should and the aircon kept us cool in a few 45+deg days. Van was spotless and a very nice welcome pack was much appreciated. Will definitely be first option for our next trip and thoroughly recommend Sarah and Samson - you wont be disappointed

Jody 5.0I can totally recommend hiring Samson he was the perfect travel companion!!! Samson has a clean modern decor and is set up thoughtfully including everything you need to hit the road. Just pack your clothes, food, toiletries, bedding and you are ready to go. Sarah is very helpful and made the whole booking and hand over process so simple.
