Hiring rules
- No smoking allowed inside
- Cooking is better with a view of your holiday destination… It is encouraged that you cook outside using the BBQ and electric fry pan provided. Use of oven is prohibited. No cooking inside of van unless extreme weather.
- Toilet cassette must be emptied prior to return. Fee applied if this is not completed.
- No offroad, beach, extended gravel road travel. Travel plans that may involve unsealed roads need to be discussed and pre approved in writing prior to the trip
- Return van in a clean condition.
- Always tie down the awning no matter the weather condition. If severe weather is predicted, please take down the awning overnight
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The handover was excellent and gave us all the information we needed to feel confident before heading off. The van was spotless, clean and very well presented when we received it, which made a great first impression. Sarahs communication throughout the whole process was outstanding, always prompt, clear and helpful with any questions we had. We had an amazing holiday in the van Junee. Everything worked as it should and it made the trip comfortable and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality van and a great overall experience.
