Please ensure your tow vehicle is fitted with an electric brake controller and has a minimum towing capacity of 3.5 tonnes. A range of optional extras is available when hiring the caravan, including: Linen package (bedding and bath towels) Outdoor pack Cleaning service Toilet cleaning service Delivery and set-up Delivery is available with a minimum fee of $100.00. For locations beyond the minimum delivery area, delivery is charged at $2.00 per kilometre. This fee includes delivery, set-up, pack-down, and collection of the caravan. (Conditions Apply) Linen provided for an additional charge of $60.00 per booking Outdoor Pack – $15.00 Includes: 2 adult camping chairs 2 children's camping chairs 1 adult-height table 1 children's table When booking, please let us know whether you will have access to power and water connections at your campsite. If not, we will ensure the caravan's water tanks are filled prior to your departure so you're ready for your off-grid adventure.

• Easter: Minimum 3day hire
• Queensland School Holidays: Minimum 3day hire
• Eligibility:
• The hirer must be 22 years of age or older.
• Caravan Use:
• Strictly no offroad use.
• Bikes, scooters, and similar equipment must not be stored inside the caravan while travelling.
• The awning must be retracted and secured in windy conditions or before bad weather arrives.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan at all times. Please also be mindful of smoke entering the caravan from outside.
• Pets may be permitted upon request and approval, depending on their size and behaviour.
• Service Fee:
• A service fee of $30.00 applies to each hire. This fee contributes towards:
• Gas and water usage, Prehire cleaning, Safety and maintenance checks
• Please note that this fee does not cover general cleaning of the caravan after your hire.
• PickUp & Return Times:
• Pickup: From 8:00am (unless otherwise arranged)
• Return: Before 5:00pm (unless otherwise arranged)
• Cleaning Requirements:
• To avoid additional cleaning charges, we ask that hirers:
• Wipe down all surfaces using the cleaning products provided
• Empty and rinse the toilet cassette before returning the caravan
• Failure to do so will incur the following charges:
• General cleaning fee: $100.00
• Toilet cassette cleaning fee: $100.00
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if the caravan is returned in an excessively dirty or unreasonable condition.
• Damage & Inspections:
• A comprehensive inspection will be completed before and after each hire. Any loss or damage that occurs during the hire period will be the responsibility of the hirer and may incur charges accordingly.
• We understand that accidents can happen and items may occasionally become damaged or broken during your hire. If this occurs, please let us know as soon as possible. We appreciate your honesty and are happy to discuss a fair and reasonable solution. Prompt notification allows us the opportunity to repair or replace any items before the next booking, as we cannot address issues we are unaware of.
