This beautiful modern caravan is perfect for a couples weekend away, making memories on your adventures. Available for towing yourself to your next holiday destination (with a vehicle setup correctly for towing). It can also delivered to your required destination/caravan site for an agreed fee pending location. For those who are just passing by, it is also available to stay in at our on-site 1.5 acre property in Yengarie, Qld, backing on to a tranquil lake in complete serenity. Designed for maximum comfort and having everything you need for your trip at your fingertips. Furnished with an ensuite including toilet, shower, vanity, a heated towel rack, a washing machine, and plenty of storage. Contains a fully equipped kitchen, stove, grill, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and a fridge and freezer. A comfortable dining area for you to enjoy your coffee, breakfast and dinners. The van is semi- off road, and has full off grid capabilities, including solar, water tank, gas, batteries, giving you confidence when travelling. Additional information

You have the choice to select a number of additional extras when hiring the van. This may include bedding (linen), cleaning fees, toilet clean, delivery, dog boundary. Please advise if you are towing to a location, or requiring a set-up at a site, including power and water requirements.

Hiring rules

  • Off peak period minimum 2 day hire

  • Easter (minimum 3 days)
  • Qld school holidays (minimum 3 days)
  • The hirer must be at least 25 years of age or older.
  • No off road driving
  • The awning must be packed away before any bad weather / wind arises.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the van at any time. Please also be wary of any smoke entering the van from outside, including that from a camp fire.
  • Pets will need to be approved dependent on size and behaviour of the pet. Mostly small breed only.
  • The service fee contributes to the costs of consumables such as gas, water and pre handover cleaning and safety checks.
  • Pick up time is from 8am unless agreed otherwise. Return time is before 5pm unless agreed otherwise.
  • We request that all hirers wipe over all surfaces with the cleaning supplied provided, and the toilet cassette is emptied prior to returning the van. This saves you the hirer from incurring the standard cleaning fee of $180.00.
  • Additional cleaning fee will be charged if the van is returned in an unreasonable condition.
  • A full inspection will be done before and after the van is hired. Damages incurred will be at the cost of the hirer.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
