Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tarrah 5.0We had an absolutely fantastic experience hiring this beautiful two-bedroom caravan. We picked it up in Toowoomba and travelled all the way to Coffs Harbour, and it was the perfect home away from home for our trip. The caravan was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. It towed beautifully and made our holiday completely stress-free. The lovely lady we hired it from was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. Her communication was excellent, and she genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful experience. We cant thank her enough and would happily hire from her again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality caravan and exceptional customer service. Thanks again for helping make our family holiday so memorable!

Sarah May 5.0Lovely, modern, comfortable and clean van. Misun was quick to reply and very helpful and kind to deal with. Van was delivered promptly and had some lovely thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Would defiently book again.
