Hiring rules
- No smoking inside the van
- No off road unless preapproved
- Hirer must return van in a tidy condition, no rubbish.
- Waste water and toilet cassette returned empty
- please allow 1hr for pick up handover
- Pick up and drop off to be within daylight hours
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
