Hiring rules
- ROAD RESTRICTIONS vehicles must stay on sealed roads, the only exception is a well maintained access road less than 10kms leading to a recognised campground. Strictly no driving on beaches, sand, tracks, fire trails, 4WD tracks, paddocks, through flooded waterways or unsealed roads.The hirer is responsible for any damage, recovery costs, inspection fees, or insurance exclusions resulting from prohibited road use. Please review the insurance terms and exclusions before your trip.
- NO SMOKING No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
- CLEANING Return the caravan as you received it: interior cleaned, exterior reasonably clean, fridge emptied, rubbish removed, and equipment packed away. A minimum $100.00 cleaning fee may apply if returned unsatisfactory.
- TOILET CASSETTE If equipped, the cassette must be emptied and rinsed before return. Additional servicing fees may apply if this isn't done. Note: there is no dump point at our site so ensure it is done before return.
- DAMAGE Treat the caravan and fittings with care, and report any damage, faults, or incidents immediately — we'll work with you toward a fair outcome. A “you break it, you pay for it” policy applies during the hire period.
- TOWING RESPONSIBILITIES It's the hirer's responsibility to ensure their tow vehicle is suitable and legally compliant. Drive to road conditions and regularly check: Hitch connection, Safety chains, Electrical connection, Tyre pressures.
- AWNING Always use the tiedown kit and secure each leg. Never leave the awning unattended — pack it away overnight, whenever you leave the campsite, and immediately in windy, rainy, or uncertain weather. Awning damage is common, costly, and not considered fair wear and tear.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
