Hiring rules

  • Please treat Lucky with care and respect as if it were your own vehicle.
  • Pets are welcome — we just ask that the vehicle is returned clean and free of excessive pet hair or mud.
  • No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle at any time.
  • The vehicle is to be used for legal towing purposes only and within the vehicle’s rated towing capacity.
  • Hirers are responsible for ensuring trailers and caravans are loaded safely and connected correctly.
  • Please avoid harsh driving, excessive speeding, or aggressive towing.
  • Fuel must be returned at the same level as collected.
  • Return the vehicle in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
  • Please notify us immediately of any damage, incidents, warning lights, or mechanical concerns.
  • Offroad driving is not permitted unless approved prior to booking.
  • Pickup and return times must be adhered to unless arranged beforehand.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
