Hiring rules

When making a booking request, please be sure you have sent us through the following information to help speed up the approval process at our end. We will aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
Where you plan to travel for your selected dates and the purpose of your trip;
Do you plan to travel on any unsealed roads or offroad (bushtracks that are not maintained);
What time do you hope to pick up/drop off on your collection date (this is a flexible response but needs to be addressed up to seven days prior to the commencement of the booking);
Your tow vehicle information (minimum towing limit 2500kg / 2.5 tonne);
Do you have a 12 or 7 pin trailer (round or flat) connection on your vehicle;
Your level of towing experience;
How many people; and
Any questions you have for us regarding our van.
Please allow at least 30 minutes for handover at pickup.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $115.00 per day
Delivery fee: Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
