- Please return the van clean and tidy as you found it
- All dishes washed and put away before return
- Remove all rubbish before dropoff
- A cleaning fee may apply if returned excessively dirty

- Empty and clean the toilet cassette before returning
- Only use provided toilet chemicals and paper
- 🚭 Smoking & Vaping
- Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van
- 🐾 Pets
- Pets are allowed
- Please keep them off bedding and clean up all hair/mess
- 🛏 Bedding & Living
- Please use mattress protectors provided
- Report any spills or damage straight away
- Do not move installed equipment or fittings

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
