We are situated in North Hobart, which is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Hobart CBD and a 30-minute drive from Hobart Airport, making it a convenient pick-up and drop-off location. Each booking gives you access to our "Tasmania's Hidden Gems Map" where we're meticulously adding our best finds and personal recommendations ensuring you to "travel like a local". It also icludes all charging stations to keep your electric vehicle on the road no matter where around Tasmania. Included in our rentals, we provide a range of amenities to enhance your travel experience, including: - Bedding with Fresh Linen and a second doonah/sleeping bag (if needed). - Bathroom towels - Toll fees - 24/7 Roadside Assistance - Camping Chairs and Table - 360° Dark curtains for privacy and sunlight - Basic pantry items such as Salt, Pepper, Oil, Tea, Coffee, and Sugar - Cutlery, Plates, Bowls, Frying Pan, Sauce Pan, Utensils, Chopping Boards - Cooking Gas - Cleaning Supplies, Pan, and Brush - Water hose - Torch and first aid kit for hiking - Card Games & Tasmania Tourism Guides Heating: natunu is equipped with an air heating system allowing you to keep warm at night without needing the engine on. Bedding: natunu is equipped with a confortable double bed. Interior Lighting: natunu has solar powered roof lights to turn on whenever you need at night. Storage: natunu provides generous space for your belongings, including a large under-bed storage area. Most suitcases will fit, if yours is too large, we are happy to offer a tray to store your belongings and keep your suitcase safe during your trip. Driving: natunu is fully automatic and comes equipped with A/C, ABS, airbags, and brand-new tyres for a safe and comfortable drive. Charging: natunu offers a range of at least 250 km (eco-mode 300 km) and typically requires a charge every couple of days (around 40 minutes from empty). We recommend timing your stops in towns with charging breaks, so it becomes part of your journey rather than time spent waiting. Tasmania has one of the most extensive charging networks in Australia, with most rural towns well equipped. You’ll receive the van with a battery charged to 90% or more, and we ask that it’s returned at a similar level. A detailed map of charging stations across Tasmania will be provided. Please note that returns below 80% will incur a $99.00 recharge fee. Please be aware that National Parks passes in Tasmania are not transferable, so it's necessary to purchase one for your visit. These passes can be obtained in advance or easily at National Parks or Tourist Information offices during your stay. Hiring rules

• Emergency Instructions: If any engine lights appear on the dashboard, pull over immediately and contact the owner. In case of an accident, move off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify at 1300 416 133, who will contact the NRMA.
• Damage Reporting: Report any damages immediately, providing details of who, what, where, and when it occurred to arrange for repairs.
• Pick Up/Drop Off: Location: North Hobart, 5 minutes from Hobart CBD, 30 minutes from Hobart Airport. Standard pickup and dropoff times operate between 8.30am and 4.30pm, with each full hour representing a bookable time slot. If these times don’t quite suit your plans, please feel free to get in touch — we’ll always do our best to accommodate you wherever possible.
• Breakdowns: In the unlikely event of a breakdown that cannot be resolved onsite by roadside assistance, our policy is to have the vehicle safely towed back to Hobart. Where availability allows, we will do our best to provide a replacement vehicle at no additional cost, so your journey can continue with minimal disruption.
• Driving Restrictions: No offroad driving, No beach/sand driving, No extended gravel road driving
• Smoking: No smoking or naked flames inside the van.
• Towing: No towing allowed
• Ferry rides: The only permitted ferry ride with your booking is to Bruny Island. Other boat rides are not allowed, including, but not limited to: Corinna (Fatman Barge), and the ferries to Flinders Island, King Island, and the Spirit of Tasmania.
• Mountains: Please note that this campervan is not recommended for unsealed alpine roads. Access is only permitted to Cradle Mountain and Mount Wellington, and only when road conditions allow. Access to other mountains, such as Ben Lomond and Hartz Peak (but not limited), is not allowed.
• Unsealed Roads: Wellmaintained unsealed roads for accessing National Parks/Camp Sites within 10km are allowed and covered by insurance. Please familiarize yourself with insurance exclusions and terms. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is excessively muddy, sandy or dusty.
• Included Kilometers: Bookings include 200 kilometers per day. For example, a 10day booking includes 2,000 kilometers. Additional kilometers are charged at $0.00.4 per kilometer.
• Charge & Water Policy: Return the vehicle with 80%+ battery charge and a full tank of water. An 80%+ battery charge is provided at the start of the rental. There is a fast charging station 5mins drive from our pickup location.
• Toilet: please note that this is a portable toilet and you're likely to still need to be outside the van to use it. The basic cleaning fee does not cover toilet clean and you will need to opt for the "including toilet" cleaning fee unless cleaning it yourself before returning.
• Cleaning Requirements: Clean the equipment and van upon return; excessive cleaning may result in charges. A prepurchase cleaning fee covers general cleaning, but the van should not be returned excessively messy. Extra cleaning charges, up to $200.00, may apply for an excessively muddy or filthy vehicle.
