Hiring rules

Strictly No Smoking inside the van.
1. DELIVERY & RETURN CONDITIONS
The vehicle is delivered in clean and optimal condition. It must be returned in the exact same condition as received. The following requirements must be met:
Cleaning: Interior and exterior must be spotless (unless delivered dirty).
Bedding: All sheets, linens and kitchen towels must be freshly laundered.
Water: Potable water tanks must be refilled; Grey water tank must be empty.
Fuel: Fuel tank must be returned Full (or as it was delivered).
Organization: All camping and kitchen gear must be organized and stowed.
2. PENALTIES & SERVICE FEES
Failure to comply with Section 2 will result in the following nonnegotiable charges:
Cleaning Fee (Interior/Exterior): $50.00 AUD
Unwashed Bedding/Towels: $20.00 AUD
Perishable Food left in van: $20.00 AUD
Water Tanks (Not refilled/Not emptied): $30.00 AUD
Refuelling Service: Fuel cost + $20.00 AUD service fee.
General Disarray/Untidiness: $20.00 AUD
3. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY & INSURANCE
Traffic Infringements: The Driver accepts full legal and financial responsibility for any fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the period of use.
Insurance Excess: In the event of an accident or damage, the Driver agrees to pay the Insurance Excess (Deductible) immediately.
Negligence: Any damage not covered by insurance due to Driver negligence (e.g., offroad driving, interior damage) is the sole responsibility of the Driver.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $150.00 per day
Service fee: $60.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
