Additional information
If you’re planning to camp off-grid for more than 3 nights, please keep in mind that water and power supplies can run low with heavy use. Fresh drinking water tank and reliable solar power, which generally keeps up well under light to moderate use (season and weather permitting). For longer stays or higher power needs, a generator is available to hire at an additional cost to keep everything running smoothly.
Hiring rules
- Awning must be packed away and hatches closed if bad weather is present
- Hirer must empty toilet before returning. Failure to do so will attract an automatic $100.00 cleaning fee.
- The van must be returned / left in the same condition as it was delivered / picked up. A cleaning fee of $75.00 per hour will be applied otherwise.
- NO SMOKING IN VAN. Smoking requires a full deep clean, which you will be responsible for paying for, and for the loss of any bookings while the van is being cleaned.
- All wet linen (used towels, face washers) to be placed in the shower.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van itself was beautiful, spotless, and clearly very well looked after, which made our trip all the more enjoyable. Madi was excellent to deal withher communication was clear and prompt, and the handover process was smooth and thorough. Everything was explained well, making it easy for us to settle in and start our holiday stress-free. Highly recommend!
