Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Claire 4.8We hired this van the hottest week in years the A/C was fabulous! Everything worked perfectly and when we needed to leave early Alannah and Mark were just fabulous.
Celeste 5.0We had a great time in The Castle. Spotless, the van has all the mod cons, heaps of space and we were parked up on the river overlooking the weir at Yarrawonga. Im very thankful to Mark and Allanah for going above and beyond for us for our first family holiday with our four month old little girl. Could t have asked for a better set up and would very highly reccomend!
