Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Julia 5.0The van is absolutely beautiful and there's NOTHING I could complain about. Communication was perfect, delivery and pick up on time and help available (not that we needed it). Hope we'll be able to hire it again next year! Highly recommend!
