Special towing information

The van is fitted with a 12 pin plug, electric brakes and anti sway device. Can provide 7pin car (male) to 12 pin caravan (female) if you only have a 7 pin plug on your vehicle. The fridge for the caravan runs off and Anderson plug while towing. The battery charger for the caravan charges off and Anderson plug while towing.

Hiring rules

  • Delivery of van if required will be after 4pm of first day hire. But am flexible if we can come to an arrangement due to work.
  • No heavy off roading but taking it down basic dirt roads to get on site and to bushland is ok
  • NO Smoking in Van

  • Return the van with an empty toilet cassette. ($200.00 fee applies if returned full)
  • Van cleaned inside and left how it was handed over or a cover charge for that will be $100.00 if not done.
  • Awning/Annex MUST be put away if you are leaving the van unattended or if very windy conditions arise
  • 12 pin flat plug is required for towing
  • Hirer to supply own electric breaking system (towing at own risk)
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
