Hiring rules

  • Cleaning/ toilet emptying
  • Van is to be returned in the same condition it was provided. If cleaning is not satisfactory then an additional cleaning charge will be requested.
  • Emptying of the toilet, if used, is required. Failure to empty a used toilet at the end of your hire will be $300.00.
  • Smoking not allowed in or around the caravan.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
