Hiring rules
- Minimum 4 night hire during school holidays.
- Windows must be oped if cooking inside.
- All rubbish be removed, dishes washed and van left in clean reasonable state otherwise extra cleaning charge will apply.
- All damage must be reported. Accidents happen but please communicate with us.
- No smoking or pets in camper
- When going out ensure the door is locked
- $35.00 key replacement fee will be charged should the keys be lost
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Graham 5.0The Lark has everything you need for a great family holiday. Easy to tow, setup and pack down. Plus came with other essentials such as heater, games and more. Diana and Ivan were very friendly and great to communicate with. You couldn't ask for more. We hired the lark as a trial to see if we wanted to buy one of our own. It has us convinced this is a great caravan!
Tracy 5.0What a great van and experience. Ivan and Diana were lovely and helpful communicators. The van was very clean and tidy, with everything you need. A perfect van for a camping get away!
