Located in Bungendore for easy drop off to the south coast or pick up and travel on your latest adventure. Collection & Drop Off: 7 days 8:30am – 7pm Camplify Booking Fee: Covers nationwide roadside assistance, 24/7 support and insurance. • Service Fee: Includes gas, consumables, van preparation, equipment maintenance and handover brief. • Cleaning & toilet servicing NOT included. Additional cleaning options available at checkout. CARAVAN HIRE EXCESS PLAN & INSURANCE The Caravan is fully insured through Camplify. • Excess details: https://www.camplify.com.au/accident-excess • • Insurance does not cover accidental underbody damage or tire blowouts caused by off-road use. • Minimum Age to Hire: 25 Years Delivery & setup available at $1.50/km Includes: ✔ Full delivery & setup ✔ Round-trip distance Important Hire Information • Tow Vehicle Requirements: 3,500kgs+ towing capacity; Electric Brake Controller Checks ✅ • The caravan has an annual service and has Camplify safety checks along with regular maintenance to ensure reliability. ⚠️ Unexpected Issues • Just like your car or home appliances, unexpected malfunctions can sometimes occur. If this happens, please stay calm & patient while we offer troubleshooting or arrange a temporary solution.
Hiring rules
- ✅Toilet emptied and rinsed before returning Caravan. Otherwise $300.00 cleaning fee will be applied.
- ✅Caravan should be cleaned to the condition it was handed over. Otherwise $200.00 cleaning fee will be applied.
- ❌No gravel roads (unless inside caravan park) or unsealed roads.
- Extra fees for anything that does not meet this hire rules.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
