Large 21-foot caravan Sleeps 4 [Double bed plus 2 single bunks with bed linen included.] Internal appliances including large Thetford Fridge to a full oven, 1 electric and 3 gas elements and separate grill. Air conditioner, 3.2 kg washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, DTV, Radio, Fans, Diesel Heater, USB ports and ample storage space. External 2 x 9kg Gas Bottles, Sunshades, Large external Ground Mat. No Annex. Can provide Weber BBQ, 4 Chairs, 1 Camp Table for extra fees. We offer short-stay option also. Located on rural 20-acre property with horses (not a working farm). Stay option is ideal for travellers passing through or seeking accommodation option while visiting Canberra and local surrounding areas. Also ideal for those thinking a buying a caravan and want to stay in one for a short period. We are 26km to Canberra CBD and 15km to Bungendore Shops (IGA, cafes etc). No groups. Caravan Delivery and set-up/pack-up within 100km from Bywong/Bungendore NSW. Fees Apply

Other Towing Information - 50mm Tow Ball Required on Tow Vehicle - 12-pin Flat Plug Connection (Female) Required on Tow Vehicle - Tow Mirrors can be supplied (small fee) - Grey Andersen Plug (for battery charging/fridge operation under tow) - Tow 4WD Vehicle must be able to tow up to 3500kg. - Minimum Age of Driver 25 years - Experience with towing caravans preferred and understanding of weight distributions and securing/loading equipment/items ready for towing. Will be discussed during handover. - The caravan is not set up for off-road usage or beaches.

Hiring rules

  • 1. Sorry no animals inside the caravan please.
  • 2. For short Stay Bookings on our property, we could provide free use of our secure/safe dog run/kennels. Pets are not able to freely roam the property as we have horses and other risks about.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
