Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ricky 5.0Arifa went out of there way to make everything as easy as possible. Hired it for 2 weeks. Very easy to tow. No issues. :)

Nerine Elizabeth 5.0Arifa was easy to deal with. My partner and daughter didnt have any problems with the van. The design helps to open up and allow fresh air in during the day and night. The fridge runs off gas and electric so everything was cold for days. I think it holds 90 L of water, it was the first 4 day trip where we havent ran out! It felt very spacious inside compared to a hard top caravan and I would definitely hire from them again.
