Comes with mattress toppers. Please don't hesitate to ask for an extra not listed, as we can probably organise most things. If you opt for linen, we supply sheets and two double-sized doonas. Pillows and towels are not included.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Neil was very easy to communicate with. Neil delivered and picked up the Van at the agreed upon time and was always happy to help if any questions popped up. Will definitely hire from Neil & Nicole again!

    I loved every minute in this van. It was just perfect. Loads of room, great condition and had everything I needed. Neil delivered the van and had it set up ready for me before I arrived. Neil was friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend Neil and Nicoles vans to anyone wanting a hassle free trip away.

    This was one of our most memorable holidays, the van was exactly what we hoped for and some. Neil and Nicole are so easy to deal with and Neil is such a kind human, punctual when responding and with drop off / pickup times of the van.     Neil was excellent with his communication and support. Van was clean and as described. They were flexible with pick-up and drop off time which helps manage holiday travel without stress.
