Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Our first time on a family road trip in a camper and Winnie was PERFECT! Tanya and Zane are just amazing to deal with, so so accommodating and explained everything we needed to know as first time campers!! Tanya had done a manual with everything we needed, absolute pleasure ! Thankyou :)

    Highly recommend hiring from Tanya! We had an absolutely wonderful experience hiring Tanyas motorhome for our Melbourne road trip! From the start, Tanya was incredibly friendly and flexible with our arrangements, which made the planning process stress-free. Her communication and responses were fast, and the handover was smooth and easy. The van itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable journey. I couldn't recommend Tanya and her motorhome more highly5 stars! Thank you for a great experience :)

    Winnie was the perfect motorhome for my home away from home. Pulled up to my destination, plugged her in, rolled out my awning and I was the set for holiday mode! Whole process was smooth from pick up to drop off. The easy to follow manual with pics made set up easy and Tanya and Zane were a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend and will definitely hire again.
