Cleaning Fee: $100.00 per booking. Please return Big Girl Snowy tidy — all dishes must be washed, dried, and put away, and all rubbish removed. Toilet Use: Toilet is for liquids only (number 1). Cassette must be emptied and cleaned before return. A $400.00 cleaning fee applies if not properly cleaned. Linen Hire (Optional): $100.00 – includes bedding for all beds, towels, hand towel, and face washer. Please take care of Big Girl Snowy and enjoy your trip! 🚐✨

Hiring rules

  • Minimum Booking: 7 days during summer and school holiday periods.
  • Damage & Care: Please report all damages as soon as possible so we can keep Big Girl Snowy in top condition for future guests.
  • Awning: Must be retracted if winds reach 25km/h or higher — this helps prevent costly damage.
  • Cooking: Please open windows or hatches when cooking inside to avoid smoke alarms and condensation.
  • Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the caravan.
  • Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    What an amazing experience! Emma was so helpful and thorough. We felt confident for our first time in a caravan. It was clean and had everything we needed. Nathan went through the van in detail with us and the handover was seamless and quick so we could get on with our holiday. Looking forward to hiring Big Snowy again soon! Thanks again
