Additional information
Cleaning Fee: $100.00 per booking. Please return Big Girl Snowy tidy — all dishes must be washed, dried, and put away, and all rubbish removed. Toilet Use: Toilet is for liquids only (number 1). Cassette must be emptied and cleaned before return. A $400.00 cleaning fee applies if not properly cleaned. Linen Hire (Optional): $100.00 – includes bedding for all beds, towels, hand towel, and face washer. Please take care of Big Girl Snowy and enjoy your trip! 🚐✨
Hiring rules
- Minimum Booking: 7 days during summer and school holiday periods.
- Damage & Care: Please report all damages as soon as possible so we can keep Big Girl Snowy in top condition for future guests.
- Awning: Must be retracted if winds reach 25km/h or higher — this helps prevent costly damage.
- Cooking: Please open windows or hatches when cooking inside to avoid smoke alarms and condensation.
- Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the caravan.
- Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
