Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jeremy 5.0Fully equipped van and connections, quick responses. Van was immaculate interior and exterior. With awning reinforcements which came in very handy when the weather changed and it got quite windy. It doesnt have cooking inbuilt but Haylee has provided a electric cook top, and theres gas cylinders provided if you want to connect a portable BBQ. We brought our own butane cooker and cooked outside.

Chris 5.0Brand new van. Great interior and very comfortable bed. Our kids loved the bunks. As first timers we got a few things wrong but we know for next time. We had an issue late Friday due to the heat and Tim jumped straight on the phone to help and we got it sorted. Great hosts.
