Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Matara 5.0Great experience hiring a caravan from Phillip. He was friendly and easy to deal with, and the caravan was clean and well set up. The power ran perfectly for 3 days, and the toilet and water worked perfectly as well. It was the best experience for our family. Highly recommend!

It was clear that Phillip takes great pride in ensuring his caravan is presented to a very high standard. Phillip was also incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making the pickup and return process smooth and stress-free. His communication was prompt and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The caravan towed beautifully and made our trip extremely enjoyable. I wouldnt hesitate to hire from Phillip again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, well-kept caravan and great service.
