Additional information

Please advise the purpose of your trip and number of guests who will be driving and towing the vehicle. The level of experience driver has for towing the caravan, type of vehicle you are planning to tow with, contact details to discuss hire and handover times. Off roading is not permitted but happy to discuss option depending on hirers experience etc.

Hiring rules

  • No Smoking 🚭
  • Awning and outdoor equipment must be taken down in bad weather (high wind) conditions
  • Toilet cassette must be emptied regularly and also emptied and cleaned prior to return, if not a cleaning fee will occur of $200.00.
  • Hirer must provide own linen but we have mattress protectors for the beds.
  • Caravan must be returned in the same condition it has been collected in, clean and tidy including kitchen, otherwise a $150.00 fee applies to us cleaning the caravan.
  • Any damages or breakages must be reported asap with photos, even if small.
  • 1520 minute handover required prior to collecting van.
  • No off roading/beach driving if not approved.
  • No cooking inside of caravan
  • A/C can only be used on powered site, unpowered site (minimal use of electrics only and minimum 3 days hire unless you have a generator.
  • If caravan is damaged and cannot tow, please contact camplify for roadside assistance and notify us straight away.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
