We want every guest to have an enjoyable, stress-free holiday. If you're new to caravanning or off-grid camping, we'll happily take the time to show you how everything works before you head off. Off-grid camping Our caravan is equipped with lithium batteries and solar, making it ideal for off-grid adventures. However, battery power is a limited resource and depends on weather conditions, solar input and your individual power usage. Please note: Air conditioning operates on powered sites only. High-powered 240V appliances, including the coffee machine, require mains power or a suitable generator. The inverter can power selected 240V appliances, but heavy or prolonged power use will quickly drain the batteries. Charging multiple devices continuously (particularly tablets, laptops and gaming devices) will significantly reduce available battery capacity. Guests are responsible for monitoring and managing their own battery and water usage while camping off-grid. Water usage When camping off-grid, fresh water is also a limited resource. Please use water thoughtfully, particularly when showering and washing dishes. Trip suitability Our caravan is best suited to destination holidays where you can set up, relax and enjoy your stay. It is not intended for extended touring or frequent multi-stop road trips. If you have any questions about your planned trip, please ask we're always happy to help.
Hiring rules
- No smoking in the van.
- 4x4 tow vehicles are permitted but must be approved by the owner before booking.
- This caravan is intended for destination holidays and short regional trips only. Extended touring, longdistance journeys and multistop road trips are not permitted. If you are unsure whether your planned itinerary is suitable, please contact us before booking.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Natasha 5.0This was the perfect van for my son and I. It has even swayed my husband to consider purchasing! The van had everything we needed for a week away. Great utensils and basic pantry items. Originally we were on an unpowered site, and the van had everything to be off grid. but due to some cancellations we were able to access power and the van was still great! We only used aircon once for a couple of hours to cool the van down and it worked a treat. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a crossover camping/ caravan experience.
Chris 3.8Unfortunately it has been a fairly poor experience.touch screens not working .unable to put water pump on,smoke alarm going off,grey water in shower tub every day,spare tyre almost falling off and failed annex after using 4 times.now had to pay for failed annex (taken off excess cost $880)when wear and tear is to blame.also van has very limited turning space as stone guard impedes.does not appear to be any right of reply in fighting insurance claim.overall very disappointed.

Hayley 5.05 stars! The camper trailer had everything you could ever need. It is very cleverly set up for a couple or small family, with mini fridge freezer & prep station/sink inside and the kitchen outside, so theres no smells from cooking inside. Camper trailer was spotless, good storage, bed was comfy (just ensure you park it on flat ground) and the warm showers were a luxury in cold weather. James was fantastic to deal with, really kind and accommodating and made my husband and Is first experience with camplify really easy. Already planning our next camping trip!
