Please let me know your site number at the caravan park if possible and what time you will be arriving so we can have the van set up in time for your arrival.

Hiring rules

  • No Smoking.
  • Van must be left clean. if not clean a cleaning fee off $100.00 will be charged.
  • Chem toilet must be cleaned and cassette emptied and cleaned.
  • If cassette needs to be emptied a $150.00 fee will be applied. If the toilet needs to be cleaned and cassette emptied the Clean the van for me fee including toilet will apply of $250.00.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Arrived at our site to find the van deliver early and already set up with the air conditioning running. Catherine called us once we'd had time to settle to ensure everything was in order and to see if we had questions. All beds were made up with linen and fresh towels, which we had not even expected to be included. All appliances etc worked/functioned properly. We couldn't have been happier with the van or service and would highly recommend booking with Catherine to anyone.

    Our family had a lovely holiday in the van. It was all set up when we arrived, with an easy handover. The coffee machine and all of the other extras was great. The van had everything we needed for our holiday. Hopefully we will be able to book again next year.

    Catherines van was perfect for our family. It has everything you need! The delivery and setup was a breeze and Catherine went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. Highly recommend!!
