The van is disinfected thoroughly, cleaning supplies and hand wash provided. We understand that damage and accidents can happen. Please tell us immediately if this occurs. This is our family van and future bookings and holidays can be affected if damage occurs so all damage disclosure is appreciated so that we can keep the van on the road and available for hire.

Hiring rules

• No smoking in van or under Awning, or near van.
• Upon placing your booking request, please advise your location of travel and how many people will be sleeping in the caravan.
• This will help to ensure we have everything you need prior to travel. If you are towing the caravan we will also need to know your tow vehicle. We may request a minimum of up to 7 nights booking during school holidays.
• We give you the option of selfcleaning the van and the chemical toilet. We provide all the cleaning materials & product). However, if you prefer not to selfclean then select the cleaning option upon booking. It’s under extra product options.
• If the van is not returned clean then a fee will be applied.
• We will deliver the van up to around 100km from Newcastle/ Central Coast. This is dependent on location and time. We have set delivery fees that include delivery and pick up, cost of diesel, set up and pack down of the van as well as a comprehensive briefing of the caravan (particularly if this is your first time using a caravan).
• I’d be happy to provide a quote for delivery and setup Working full time may limit this however.
• Happy to provide linen at a small fee but feel free to use your own (but mattress protectors are provided on each bed). Please arrange your own pillows. If you would like linen please select this option under extra product options.
• Please report all damages no matter how small and we ask that you keep the van in a tidy condition.
• NO SMOKING please, it is impossible to remove the smell.
• Please note when you book, a small service fee will be charged that covers the gas bottle , cleaning products, and general wear and tear. A service fee is applied across all Camplify hires.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
• TOW TERMS:
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Please call owner and notify.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Cameron and Linzi were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent from our first enquiry right through to the end of the booking. Cameron went above and beyond by delivering 'Hoot' to our venue on the Central Coast, setting everything up and giving us a thorough walk through so we felt completely confident.   Cameron was an awesome host, great helped us set up and was super on time. We were 30 mins late due to traffic - on arrival the van set up was completed and ready to be used. Super comfortable van for a family of 5. Highly recommended and would definitely hire again soon.
