Hiring rules

  • • Caravan is to be returned by midday on the final day, unless arranged otherwise.
  • • Caravan to be returned in a similar state of cleanliness to when you got it. Any excessive cleaning will incur a cleaning fee of $150.00.
  • • Please ensure the toilet cassettes are emptied and clean, or we can do this for you at a fee of $150.00.
  • • No pets inside the caravan. Pet hair within the caravan will incur an extra $150.00 cleaning fee.
  • • Please ensure that all items provided with the caravan are returned. Missing items will incur a replacement fee.
  • • No smoking in or near the caravan.
  • We’re happy to take bookings up to 6 months in advance.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a fantastic experience hiring this caravan. Laura was incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk us through everything with clear instructions and demonstrations on how it all worked. We packed a lot of extra items, but honestly, the caravan had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Laura was also very quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. We would definitely hire from her again and highly recommend her to others.

    Luara and Michael were great to deal with. The van is in excellent condition and had everything we needed for our week long trip awat as a family of 5. The van has large windows so is very comfatable when sitting inside. Messages via the app were always prompt and clear and pick up location is great being close to the freeway.

    We had an awesome experience hiring Laura's caravan for the weekend. The van was immaculate, easy to tow, and had all the comforts and luxuries you could ask for. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and Michael took the time to walk us through all the functions and features before we left, making everything simple and stress-free.     We hired for 6 days and had a super comfortable stay and really great sleep. We spent our whole trip off grid utilising the solar, batteries, all amenities and had zero issues. Super easy from booking to pick up and return. Cannot fault to any degree. We would definetly hire again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
