Hiring rules

- • No smoking or vaping inside the van
- • No pets unless approved before your booking
- • No climbing on the roof or unsafe use of the awning (please retract in windy weather).
- ✅ Cleaning & Return
- • Return the van clean & tidy: dishes washed, rubbish removed, floors swept.
- • Empty & clean the toilet cassette before returning $300.00 penalty applies.
- • Empty grey water responsibly at an approved dump point.
- • Refill fresh water tanks before dropoff.
- ✅ Towing & Safety
- • Tow only with a suitable vehicle that meets capacity & has an electric brake controller.
- • Drivers must hold a full valid licence.
- • No driving on unsealed, 4WD tracks, or beaches (unless agreed in writing).
- ✅ Appliances & Extras
- • Coffee machine & washing machine: please follow the instructions provided.
- • Aircon/heating & other appliances: operate responsibly to avoid damage.
- ✅ Guest Numbers
- • The van is designed for families up to 5 (Queen + Triple Bunks). Please do not exceed this without approval.
- ✅ Return Time
- • Please return at the agreed time to avoid late fees.
- 💡 Tip: Treat this caravan like a luxury apartment on wheels, a little care goes a long way in keeping it pristine for you and for the next guests.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sasha 4.8Una and Rob were fantastic on handover i wish they just put more specs on the van in terms of how much battery on board, how much gas on board, water tanks etc other then that will definately be hiring the same van again
