Hiring rules

  • MILEAGE Limits: 200 kms per day allowance included in booking fee (excess kms charged at .75c per km)
  • No Smoking
  • Must empty toilet before return or pay $100.00 cleaning fee
  • Grey water tank to be emptied before return.
  • No corrugated dirt roads (roads leading to National Parks etc are ok but no travelling off road)
  • Van to be returned in the same condition of cleanliness otherwise a $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged
  • Refill diesel to same level as it was during the pickup
  • Emergency, If an accident occurs get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 02 40752000 who will provide advice. Please then call / message me
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
