Hiring rules

  • MILEAGE Limits: 200 kms per day allowance included in booking fee (excess kms charged at .75c per km)
  • No Smoking
  • Must empty toilet before return or pay $100.00 cleaning fee
  • Grey water tank to be emptied before return or pay a $50.00 cleaning fee
  • No corrugated dirt roads (roads leading to National Parks etc are ok but no travelling off road)
  • Van to be returned in the same condition of cleanliness otherwise a $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged
  • Refill diesel to same level as it was during the pickup
  • Emergency, If an accident occurs get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300416133 who will provide advice. Please then call / message me
  • Hirer must be 22 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great Van for a family of 5. The kids loved it. The motorhome was well equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Sam was great, attentive to needs and very helpful. We would highly recommend.

    We had an great break heading down the coast, thanks Sam. Motorhome was well equipped, easy to drive and functional. Sam was very helpful, available for any questions via txt or phone. Good amount of space and appreciated the flexibility for pick up and drop off.
