Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This was our first time booking a caravan, as the weather was forecasting storms during our stay at the campsite, and it couldnt have been a better decision. In the days leading up to our trip, Sam and his wife communicated so efficiently, which gave us great peace of mind especially knowing the campsite had no phone reception. When we arrived, everything was already set up and ready to go. We absolutely loved that everything was provided we didnt need to set up a single thing, which made the experience completely stress-free. The caravan itself was fantastic, but what truly made the experience special was how amazing and helpful Sam and his wife were. Would definitely hire and recommend!
