Please allow up to 45 minutes for this service. Delivery set up takes one to two hours. We will arrive at your allocated site at the time allocated and advised by you. Hand over will be once set up is complete. Tow away and take down will be around an hour. We will arrive one hours prior to your checkout time. If caravan is not ready when we arrive for pickup in a clean and satisfactory expectation then an additional cleaning fee will be charged. At the rate of 99 dollars per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour.

Hiring rules

• HIRING RULES
• Hirer must be 25 years or older. No smoking inside or under the awning.
• No pets
• Festivals are considered on a case by case basis.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arrives. Caravan must be handed over cleaned or risk a fee.
• Standard pickup and dropoff times are as per agreement.
• No free camping.
• Peak periods have a fiveday minimum booking.
• Toilet: Do not flush sanitary products down toilet. Toilet Paper only to be flushed.
• Toilet must be emptied and rinsed out.
• Damage: If damage happens, you must report it immediately to the owner.
• Cleaning: The van must be returned in the same clean condition as you collected it, including the floors to be swept and washed and all surfaces, including the fridge, wiped down. All items washed and put back into place. Otherwise, the cleaning fee will be charged out of the hire bond as outlined in additional information.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
