Pets are most welcome as long as all pet hair is cleaned prior to pick up. A pet cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply for excessive pet hair left. No smoking or vaping in the van please. Pet pen is available at $30.00 per stay, set up for you. This van can be used on powered or unpowered site (microwave and air conditioner only usable on powered site).

Hiring rules

  • * Hirer must be 22 years of age or older. (25 yrs if towing)
  • * Cassette toilet available (No solids) must be clean on return or $200.00 fee will be incurred.
  • * Please note that caravans, like cars, are hired for the day, not the night like accommodation.
  • * Minimum delivery and set up fee is $100.00 or $0.90 per kilometre over that.
  • * No smoking in van
  • *Pet pen is available at $30.00 per stay, set up for you.
  • *This van can be used on powered or unpowered site (microwave and air conditioner only usable on powered site).
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
