I'll tow the van to your preferred location and set up for you. All you need to do is pack your clothes, food and beverages to enjoy your stay. My van features a full kitchen including oven, fridge freezer and microwave. It is fully set up for off grid camping with a 12 volt system and solar. If you are in power, you also have air conditioning, washing machine and microwave. There is a pantry stocked with basic needs and electric kettle and toaster etc. The van has an East/West queen bed with a slide out section that provides ample room inside. A full club lounge at the front and a full ensuite shower and separate toilet and vanity. There is ample hanging and draw space for your clothes and anything else you need. It is equipped with an awning, table and camp chairs, stereo & TV. I can also supply your linen (sheets and bath towels package) if required, just tell us what you would like and we will do our best to accommodate it. This is a great setup and I want you to have just as much fun on your holiday as we do!

No smoking in the van please. This van can be used on powered or unpowered site (microwave, washing machine and air conditioner only usable on powered site) Please note, the van is available for delivery only, no towing hire available. ***Van Delivery*** The delivery service fee is charged at $1.20 per Km for one round trip with a minimum fee of $150.00. For example; - Coffs Harbour to South West Rocks return is 200km - 200km x $1.20 = $240.00 total for delivery, setup, pack away and return of the van. - Coffs Harbour to Sawtell is 11km. Min fee of $150.00 applies.

Hiring rules

Nice & Clean Van is to be left nice and clean with all dishes washed up, floor cleaned and rubbish put out just as if you were staying at your friends house while they were away. If you are a little strapped for time and can't get this done, we just charge you $100.00 to cleanup for you this will come out of your bond to make it simple.
Clean the Loo If you use the toilet ensure the cartridge is emptied at the appropriate disposal place at your park. (We will show you how to do this very straightforward). Again if you haven`t already selected this option & run out of time or forget we just charge you $150.00 to empty this for you this will come out of your bond to make it simple.
***Van Delivery***
The delivery service fee is charged at $1.20 per Km for one round trip with a minimum fee of $150.00. For example Coffs Harbour to South West Rocks return is 200km 200km x $1.20 = $240.00 total for delivery, setup, pack away and return of the van.
Nonsmoking van Happy Days is a smoke free zone, we are very sensitive to tobacco smell . Any detection of pesky tobacco smells in the van, will incur a $250.00 deep clean fee , so if you need to lightup, please smoke well away from the van.

Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $140.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00
Delivery fee: $1.20 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
