Hiring rules

• 🆘 EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• 🚬No smoking, vaping or candles inside the van. If this rule is broken a fee of up to $100.00 may be charged to remove any residual smell.
• 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if the van is not brought back clean (up to $500.00 for excessive cleaning).
• 🦍 DAMAGE Please be gentle with the fitout and any delicates such as blinds/mosquito nets. Please report any and all damage and we can work together to get to a fair outcome. I take pride in my van and expect them to be treated well on hire :)
• 🐕 PETS This is a pet friendly van. Please discuss with me in booking request.
• 🚫NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Gravel Roads / NO unsealed roads ("Unsealed Road" means a road that has been formed and constructed but is not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete. This does not include a road that is undergoing temporary roadworks). NO unsealed roads/tracks that lead to camping grounds.
• 🤕Please report any and all damage, so I can replace/repair before the next hire.
• 🛣️ DISTANCE Please adhere to kilometre allowance 200k per day averaged over the trip. Any kilometres in excess of this will be charged at $1.00 per km and will be deducted from your Bond.
• ⛽ Please return the van with a full tank of Unleaded (No E10* please). All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• 🚐Please stay at the speed limit when driving.
• Tolls: The van is equipped with an etag. All tolls incurred will be charged after the hire period.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  My partner and I booked this van for our trip up along the coast. At first, we thought the trip might be a bit too much, but the van ended up providing everything we needed and more. Debbie was absolutely fabulous and incredibly insightful, helping us with anything we needed along the way. The van was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we could have asked for. We highly recommend it and will definitely be booking again!

  Debbie is an absolutely wonderful wonderful host. From day dot, she answered every single question I had about the van, including being flexible when I needed to make changes to add an additional person and add another day to the trip. Thank you Debbie for just being a wonderful human. The van was spotless when we picked it up, super clean and tidy. It had so many different compartments and storage spaces, that was really really so helpful for our camping trip. I absolutely loved the fact that it was an automatic transmission van, had a reversing camera, you could easily connect to the dashboard with your iPhone and get CarPlay and Maps going. The only few pointers for future campers are: the sink is for aesthetic purposes ie there is no drainage, so you have to actually use a separate bowl of some sort for the water. The fridge is great but if youre going on a trip on very very hot days (38+ degrees), it may be the case that the power doesnt hold. Otherwise, the trip was perfect as was the van and I would absolutely rent it again any time.
